Santa Elf tags

Hello crafty friends! I can't hold my excitement when I seen these cuties.

The Santa Elf tags 

I used the file for my sons holiday teacher gifts.

I just had to get them. Hope you love this project as much as I loved making these guys.

Christmas Cat or Dog

Hello Amber here to show you all some fun Christmas cards I made or this year. The two files from KBD I used are CK Pugs and Kisses

and CK Kitty Cat.

 

 

I uses patterned paper to make the candy bar look like a present.

I found a Santa Hat in design space and welded it to the background file.

I used a die from Anna Griffins line of auto-ship cutting dies.

Snowman Ornament

I'm showing you this awesome file for your winter holiday. 

Snowman Ornament 

Instead of doing the just circle eyes I added the googly eyes in stead. Added some lines to the carrot nose and scrapbook paper for the scarf. Glittered paper for the "topper" I made these for some special people in my life.

I hope you enjoyed the simplicity of this one.

DS CK Give Thanks Turkey and DS CK Turkey

Hello there doodle bugs! DT Amber here and wanted to share these cuties. 

 

Since my in-laws moved in I haven't been able to get at my Halloween/Autumn decorations so I thought well why not make some new things. 

 

So first off I started with this one: DS CK Give Thanks Turkey

 

 I added the orange strip behind to make the words stand out. I colored it using just regular colored pencils. 

Since we have so many cabinets I thought I could make things really festive by having everyone color their own turkey. Plus it shows how everyone is different.

So I printed out 6 of the DS CK Turkey file.

This is a great way to spend time with each other.

Hello Doodle Bugs! DT Amber here on the blog today to show you an exclusive file that was reserved for members of Cricut Lovers Guide to Design Space Facebook group. Being part of other groups you get to see loads more of inspiration from other members.

This is the CK Cricket file that is exclusive to Cricket Lovers Guide to Design Space Facebook Group

I added my name and changed the color to match the Anna Griffin Cricut Explore Air 2.

So your asking what did I do with this cute guy?

 

I added a background and laminated it to put on a notebook.

In this note book I have over 430 files that is only KaDoodle Bug Designs.

School binders

Hello all. DT Amber here and I wanted to show you all something new I'm doing with my son's artwork from school. 

I'll place his picture on the rulers scrapbook paper.

This is his teachers name. I used my cricut air 2 to write her name on the ruler under the owls feet.

Instead of a 12x12 pages I've decided to do 8 1/2 by 11 (standard paper size). 

and put them in a 3 ring binder.

Each time he brings art work or the project that he completed I'll add a page proctor sheet and put it in this book. Since my son has special need this will help to see his progress (mine as well as I grow with learning to make new things).

Hello all!

Last days of summer are closing fast. With my son starting school next week I wanted to jump on the bandwagon for making him a back to school chalkboard. 

First thing I did was got some black cardstock.

I then used a piece of white calk and rubbed it all over the paper. I pressed a bit hard.

Then I used a tissue to wipe it off but genitally. 

I did the two steps until I got the look I wanted.

I used my cricut air 2 to write on the paper.

I then put together the CK Diploma Bear and added to the bottom of the sign.

I used my cricut to add the year he would graduate on the diploma. I used foam dots on the cap.

Total Eclipse

Afternoon all. DT Amber on the blog today. 

Since this is once in a lifetime(mostly). I wanted to make memories for my son.

I used this weeks Freebie CK Total Eclipse Bear.

 

 I used foam dots to pop up the glasses and title to give it depth. 

Here is the first page layout.

I glued down a pair of the glasses and added a bit of "bling" to this page.

Sweet Dream bears

Good afternoon Doodle Bugs!

I used the files Sweet Dream Bears

and 

Sleepy Moon Bear 

This one Sweet Dream Peeker. I used some twine on the moon and stars. I did both purple and blue twine.

This one is Sweet Dream Star Bear. She is so cute and small enough to use as a gift tag.

This one is Sweet Dreams Sleeping Bear. 

 Last but not least is the Sleepy Moon Bear

These files are so versatile.

Imagine all the neat things you can do with these cuties. Nursery pictures, tags for baby shower, even a mobile!

I chose to do nursery pictures with all the files together.
